Most reman houses swap worn nozzles and valves with new parts. We rebuild them — using sub-micron CNC grinding, internal-bore machining and precision laser welding — so injector cores return to OE tolerances without any replacement components.
This capability lets us reman references that other workshops decline, keeps unit cost competitive on high-volume orders, and shortens turnaround when spare parts are out of stock.
