2. Confirm core eligibility
Units with heavy corrosion, external damage or prior disassembly are not accepted. Final eligibility is confirmed after inspection.
3. Remanufacture and verify
Accepted units move through the agreed remanufacturing and testing process. Test documentation scope and format are confirmed per order.
4. Coordinate the return
Shipping is agreed per order and country. DHL is commonly used; a customer-preferred carrier can be considered when suitable.
