DOCUMENTED OPERATING BASIS

A documented Turkish operating base for diesel service and remanufacturing

NAR UZMAN's Büyükçekmece operation is supported by documented service and network credentials. Commercial scope, part-number suitability and delivery terms remain confirmed per request.

Bosch Car Service network

The Mimar Sinan operation is authorized to operate as Bosch Car Service in Türkiye.

TSE service certificate

The documented service location holds TSE service qualification for the stated authorized-service scope.

Request-specific confirmation

Part numbers, quantities, test documentation, warranty terms and logistics are confirmed in the commercial offer.

SHIPMENT WORKFLOW

Confirm the route before any cores move

There is no single shipping instruction for every country and commercial model. Each request begins with enough technical and destination data to define the correct next step.

1. Share the batch

Provide the injector model or part number, quantity, country, core condition and whether you need remanufacturing or supply.

2. Confirm eligibility

Cores with heavy corrosion, external damage or prior disassembly are not accepted. Final eligibility is confirmed after physical inspection.

3. Agree the shipment

Carrier, shipment responsibilities and required commercial documents are agreed for the actual order and route before dispatch.

4. Receive the outcome

Customer-owned batches are coordinated for tested return. In the supply deposit model, the deposit is returned after an eligible old core is received.

TARGET COUNTRY SCENARIOS

EU and non-EU routes are confirmed separately

Requests involving the three priority markets can be assessed, but invoicing, shipment responsibilities and customs documentation must match the actual seller, buyer and route.

Romania

Confirm the selling entity, pickup or drop-off arrangement, carrier and return terms before an EU shipment is booked.

Finland

Confirm the same EU commercial details together with the route-specific transport timing for the batch.

Serbia

As a non-EU route, customs documentation and shipment responsibilities are agreed explicitly before cores are dispatched.

PREPARATION

What we need to plan a shipment

A precise request reduces avoidable handling and lets the commercial team confirm the right route without making assumptions.

References and quantities

Send the injector part numbers or models and unit count, including mixed-reference batches.

Condition and ownership

State the visible core condition and whether the units are customer-owned or intended for a supply deposit return.

Origin and destination

Provide the dispatch country, delivery country, preferred carrier if any and required timing.

FAQ

Common B2B questions

What information is needed before core shipment?

Send the part numbers, quantity, condition, ownership, origin and destination. We confirm eligibility, responsibilities and the route before dispatch.

Who handles customs and shipping documents?

The seller, buyer, carrier responsibilities and required customs documents depend on the actual route and commercial model. They are confirmed per order rather than assumed.

Is core return the same as a supply core deposit?

No. Customer-owned cores sent for remanufacturing and a core deposit connected to a supply order are separate commercial flows with separate terms.
