Confirm the route before any cores move
There is no single shipping instruction for every country and commercial model. Each request begins with enough technical and destination data to define the correct next step.
1. Share the batch
Provide the injector model or part number, quantity, country, core condition and whether you need remanufacturing or supply.
2. Confirm eligibility
Cores with heavy corrosion, external damage or prior disassembly are not accepted. Final eligibility is confirmed after physical inspection.
3. Agree the shipment
Carrier, shipment responsibilities and required commercial documents are agreed for the actual order and route before dispatch.
4. Receive the outcome
Customer-owned batches are coordinated for tested return. In the supply deposit model, the deposit is returned after an eligible old core is received.

EU and non-EU routes are confirmed separately
Requests involving the three priority markets can be assessed, but invoicing, shipment responsibilities and customs documentation must match the actual seller, buyer and route.
Romania
Confirm the selling entity, pickup or drop-off arrangement, carrier and return terms before an EU shipment is booked.
Finland
Confirm the same EU commercial details together with the route-specific transport timing for the batch.
Serbia
As a non-EU route, customs documentation and shipment responsibilities are agreed explicitly before cores are dispatched.
